All cancellations must be advised via email to Conference Design.

Conference Cancellation or Postponement

ANSTO and Conference Design do not accept any liability for losses incurred if the Event is cancelled or postponed due to an unforeseen occurrence or any other occurrence that renders performance of this Event inadvisable, illegal, impracticable, or impossible.

Where a technical outage/malfunction is the cause for a temporary or complete failure to broadcast the Event and it cannot proceed, the Event may be rescheduled to an alternative date or content will be made available to view online at your leisure (on-demand).  Conference Design will make every effort to communicate with registrants regarding the technical outage/malfunction via the OnAIR portal or if the platform is unable to transmit communication, an alert will be sent via email, conference app or mobile text message, and posted to the Event website.
